New Michael Easton group? Interested?
Although Michael Easton is perhaps today most popularly known for his starring role in the daytime drama One Life to Live, he has acted in a variety of TV shows and movies, written poetry, graphic novels, and screenplays, and created independent films. I first became aware of him when he was playing the role of Caleb in the former ABC-TV daytime drama Port Charles.  Having an interest in literature, mythology, the arts, and archetypal imagery, I was fascinated with his depiction of the charismatic, witty, yet tragic vampire character Caleb Morley. He seemed to reach deep inside himself, brilliantly evoking the darkness, passion, and vulnerability of Caleb’s psyche. When I found out that he was also a poet and that Baudelaire and Leonard Cohen were listed as some of his muses, I became even more intrigued by Michael Easton. I savored his book of poetry, Eighteen Straight Whiskeys, and began watching his performances in a variety of genres–drama, science fiction/fantasy, adventure, among others. As a tribute to Michael’s diverse talents, I wanted to create this forum to discuss his multi-faceted creative endeavors.Â
If you, too, are entranced by Michael Easton’s screen presence or intrigued by his written words, are drawn to explore the imagination, and wish to learn more about Michael Easton’s artistic pursuits as an actor, screenwriter, graphic novelist, filmmaker, and photographer, then here is a place to join with others interested in Michael Easton.   You may also wish to sign up for a Michael Easton newsletter. The sign-up form is at the main page of the Michael Easton Fan Tribute.  Welcome, other Michael Easton enthusiasts!
