"Now comes the fun part," he murmurs, transfixing her with his soft yet riveting gaze. As he bites her, she moans and gasps with pleasure. Then, taking her fingers, he presses her nails into his arm, creating a bleeding scratch. Now, after experiencing the ecstasy of feeding, it's his turn to experience the orgasmic sensation of having his blood sucked. This scene, like others involving Caleb's vampiric sexuality, demonstrates Michael Easton's genius for evoking the essence of erotic bliss. Never have I seen another actor who could so convincingly and so arousingly portray the sensations of orgasmic rapture. He seems to fully open himself up to the intoxication of ecstatic abandon. Taking wild pleasure in being, in a sense, ravished by Gabby, just as he ravished her, he reveals his vulnerability as well as his animalistic impulses. Watching him surrender fully to his pleasure, I, like Gabby, long to possess as well as be possessed by him. Finally, shuddering in release, Caleb tells Gabby, "We have to do this again some time." Breathlessly, still aroused, Gabby pants, "No, you can't leave me like this." Caleb, misunderstanding, thinks she is referring to the wounds on her neck. "These will go way," he reassures her. "That's not what I meant," Gabby gasps. "You're not the one," Caleb replies, now once more in control, delighting in his power. "But you can be of use to me." "When will I see you again?" Gabby moans. "I'll find you," he smiles, breathing a lingering kiss on her neck, as he whispers, "Sleep tight, my sweet. Don't let the bed bugs bite." In the middle of Gabby's reveries, Caleb suddenly appears. "You," Gabby exclaims in surprise. "Aren't you going to invite me in?" he teases. "You're here," she says, as if awakening from a blissful dream to discover that it is amazingly real. "I told you, I'd come," Caleb responds as he walks slowly around the room, glancing at her furnishings. "I don't even know your name," Gabby tells him. "Caleb," he replies. "Caleb," Gabby says his name reverently, yearningly. "It's so hot tonight, Caleb." |
