“Now.  Right now,” she insists.

“Whatever you say, Sweetheart,” he murmurs, carrying her into the bedroom and lying down beside her.  “I could eat you alive, one little bite at a time,” he whispers hungrily, kissing her neck.    His fangs tingle, begin to lengthen.

"No, no, wait!” she suddenly shouts, sensing what is soon to follow.   “I was thinking maybe we could do this normal, you know, like normal people, make love the right way.”

“OK, I think we’ve played this little game long enough,” Caleb frowns, irritated by her uptight, Tess-like squeamishness.  “Normal's not as good as the real thing.  We both know that.  Nothing’s as powerful.  Nothing’s as sweet.”
Softly, he kisses her, teasingly, yearningly.  She begins to surrender.
 
“Yes,” she whispers. 
 
“Louder,” he commands, his kisses growing more urgent.
