| Asserting his independence from Livvie, his masculine pride, he heads towards the Elixir, in search of reckless fun, debauchery, and adventure.
Once at the nightclub, he finds “just what the doctor ordered”—three lovely, amorous vampire women lusting for his embrace. |

| “I was wondering if I could have the honor of this dance,” he says, approaching the three women. |

| “Which one of us are you asking?” one of the three flirtatiously inquires.
“Well, I’m asking all three of you,” he replies, as he and the women slither together in rhythm to the throbbing techno beat. |

| Their hands flutter over his body, savoring his smoothly muscled flesh, his long, lean legs and soft, full, sensual lips. He leans back, eyes closed, luxuriating in their caress, a Dionysus surrendering to his maenads. One of the woman, fangs glinting, kisses his neck. But just as she is about to give into her urges and heighten his arousal, Jack, the new owner of the Elixir, intervenes.
“All right, all right, party’s over!” Jack commands, disrupting their pleasure. “Hey, what’s the problem?” one of the women pouts. “The problem is the fangs,” Jack replies. “We’re not going to have this in this club. Take it someplace else.” “We’re just having a good time, Jack,” Caleb says, smiling at him with mischievous charm. |
